MBA Courses and Business Schools in Austria
Most MBA programs in Austria are relatively new. Several Business Schools are joint ventures between a private company and a university. Some American Business Schools offer MBA courses in partnership with an Austrian local university. The largest concentration of Business Schools is in Vienna. However every larger city, including Salzburg, Graz, Krems, Innsbruck, Leoben offers at least one MBA program. The majority of MBA programs in Austria are presently conducted in German.
Specialised MBA Programs in Austria
Several Austrian Business Schools offer specialised International MBA or Professional MBA programs. Popular specialised programs include MBA in project management, tourism, public services, sustainability, health care, law and logistics and supply chain management.
Accredited MBA programs in Austria
The majority of Austrian Business Schools aim primarily for an MBA course accreditation with FIBAA. At present only one Business School is accredited by EQUIS.
MBA Ranking
Austrian Business Schools have yet to catch up with MBA programs rankings in France, the UK, Spain and some other countries in Europe.

MBA Scholarships
Many Austrian Business Schools have their own Scholarship programs. Several government organisations as well as foundations have various scholarship schemes in place.
